Daibutsu, a past participant in the All Japan Rally Championship, heads to his garage to repair ‘Jackie,’ his Mitsubishi Starion 4WD, which is a Group B rally vehicle that was prohibited after the conclusion of the 1986 season. After restoring the car, he decides to make a comeback to racing by challenging individuals on the street.
