In the manga, the story centers around three sixth graders: Yoshiki Obana, Mikoto Tajou, and Kikuri Kushida. As part of their summer vacation fun, they meet every morning to delve into the “seven mysteries” of their town. After one such gathering at their “secret base,” Yoshiki encounters a perplexing ghost on his way home.
